These terms govern your use of donsndivas.org and any orders or reservations you place. Last updated: July 2026.
Orders
Menu items and prices are subject to availability and change. We confirm final pricing before preparing made-to-order items. We may decline or cancel an order if it can't be fulfilled — you'll be refunded for any prepaid amount.
Delivery & pickup
Estimated times are our best guess based on typical conditions. Delays can happen. Pickup orders should be collected on the same day; uncollected orders may be discarded after service.
Payments
We accept cash and POS on pickup or delivery, bank transfer, and (soon) online card payments. See Payment Options for details.
Refunds
If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We'll offer a remake, credit, or refund for the affected items at our discretion.
Reservations
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time; after that the table may be released. Please let us know if you're running late — WhatsApp is fastest.
Site use
Don't misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Content, branding, and photos are the property of Dons N Divas.
